Summit Outdoor Advertising,
Inc. is an aggressive outdoor company that has been on the
rise since its inception. Summit was founded in January 2004
by partners, Neil Bell and Terry Pafford, and currently operates
throughout the Southeastern U.S. We specialize in bringing
the latest billboard technology to the advertising public
and we do our best to ensure that our property owners and
clients remain happy with the outcome of our services. Summit
has already leased, built and manages over 100 structures,
with many more in production.
NEIL

Neil Bell was born in Fairhope, AL. and grew up in Montgomery,
AL. After graduating from Auburn University with a B.A. degree
in Mass Communications, Neil worked as Sales Manager for a
number of years at another billboard company. In early January
of 2004 Neil partnered with his former co-manager, Terry Pafford,
to become the co-founders of Summit Outdoor Advertising, Inc.
Neil deals with all facets of the business and specializes
in advertising space sales.
TERRY
PAFFORD, DIRECTOR:tpafford@summitoutdoor.com
Terry was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL. He worked for
a local billboard company for numerous years as the Operations
Manager. In early January of 2004 Terry Pafford and Neil Bell
partnered to become co-founders of Summit Outdoor Advertising,
Inc. Terry oversees all areas of the business and specializes
in real estate leasing and operations.
